What is Supporter?
Normally, sports teams have to assume financial risk to increase their income when selling merchandise. They must purchase products in bulk to achieve the low product cost necessary to make a healthy profit. Buying and selling the products requires a lot of time and administrative effort. If all of the stock isn't sold, the teams could end up losing money. Instead, we believe their time and money should be spent improving opportunities for children and youth in the local community.
This is why we've set out to offer a free online store to sports teams, fully stocked with fan merchandise ready to be sold. We take care of the stock, printing and packing, and we ship all orders directly to the customers buying products from your online store. This means you don't have to buy products up-front, be responsible for your own inventory, or ship the products you sell. The best part: you'll be making money while not doing anything at all!

How much do we earn?
When you upload your own products for sale, or create digital/virtual products, you as a user will keep 90% profit of the chosen retail price.
For products delivered by us print-on-demand, a "base cost" and a "recommended retail price" are set as standard in the store. The recommended retail price will give you as a user an average profit of around 35% of the retail price. This varies from product to product and you can change the retail price in admin and thereby increase or decrease your profit as you wish. Then we handle everything from purchasing products from suppliers, warehousing, printing, packaging, packing and shipping on all orders. It also includes support for everyone who shops in your online store.
Which products are in the online store?
We have picked out a large selection of products that you can sell in your own online store. In your own admin panel, you can choose to deactivate the products you do not want or can sell in your own online store. An overview of the products can be found here: https://supporter.no/demo
What is the quality of the products and the print?
The products are hand-picked from us with a focus on products that both maintain good quality, but which also follow ethical guidelines for production, sustainability and the environment. The pressure used is transfer, which gives a stable service life as the laundry does not change in the wash. For the longest possible duration of the pressure, we still recommend that you turn the garments upside down when washing and do not put them in the dryer.
Can you order samples or design your own products?
Yes of course. If you want samples or a unique design on your products, contact us at support@supporter.no then we will assist you with this. It will also be possible to order samples and design your own products in the admin panel soon.
Logo
When you create an online store, you upload a logo for previewing the products, this should preferably be in PNG format without a white background. If you get a white background when you upload the logo, you can change this here. In the admin panel you can upload a logo for print in the format that the printing company needs to guarantee good quality printing. You can only upload 1 logo on the products in the online store, if you want more logos - contact us at support@supporter.no .
